Refunds & damage
 

If you would like a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. The item must be sent back within 10 days to be eligible for a refund. Any items returned after the 10 days will receive credit only. Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product has not been used and that the labels/tags/stickers and so on are still in place, the purchasing amount will be credited to the purchaser’s account. Refunds will be made within 7 days of the return being received.
 
 damage caused to an item by the postal service can be covered for up to $50 by Australia post only if the tracking/express option was chosen ezo3.com thoroughly reccomend this for piece of mind and reccomend it as standard delivery.
